Dispatch Marketplace is on-demand delivery, where we match businesses with local professional drivers. Dispatch Connect is a SaaS solution for businesses with fleets to manage internal deliveries. Dispatch Integrations links our platform to businesses' operating systems for seamless delivery experiences. 

How do businesses use Dispatch?

Businesses partner with Dispatch to manage same day and schedule ahead deliveries. Whether they fully outsource their delivery operations or manage an internal fleet, customers use Dispatch to save time, money, and resources that they can reinvest back into their business. 

How much does it cost to use Dispatch?

Marketplace: Setting up an account is free and you only pay for the deliveries we perform. Our pricing is based on the vehicle type you need, how quickly you need it delivered, and the mileage between the pickup and drop-off locations.

How do I start a Dispatch Connect free trial?

It’s easy! Go to the Dispatch Connect webpage, click “Start a Free Trial”, and follow the prompts to get started. You’ll have 30 days of a free trial and then our Sales Team will be in touch to upgrade your account. 

What type of vehicles do you offer for delivery?

Once you place an order with Dispatch, you will receive real-time updates and can monitor the delivery process through our platform. We provide a shareable tracking link that allows you to keep all stakeholders informed.

 How much can you fit in a box truck?

Box trucks come in a wide range of lengths and weight capacity limits.

How fast can Dispatch deliver?

We offer a range of delivery options to meet your needs:
- Hotshot: Premium service for urgent deliveries
- ASAP: Fast delivery service
- Expedited: Delivered within a couple of hours
- Standard: Delivered within several hours
- Same Day: Flexible, cost-effective service delivered by the end of the day
- Multi-Stop: Delivery times vary depending on the number of stops and distance

What type of insurance does Dispatch have?

Dispatch has general liability, auto liability and physical damage, property coverage, and cargo coverage.

How do I track my delivery?

Each delivery comes with a unique tracking link. When you place an order, you canindicate who you would like to share the link with to track the delivery in real time. Orders can also be tracked through email and SMS notifications.

 How do you vet your delivery drivers? 

Dispatch Drivers go through a stringent process that includes a verified background check and training to meet the needs of our customers. Our drivers are local professionals with reliable vehicles and individual insurance for added protection.

What is your service area? 

Dispatch operates in 80+ markets across the country. As long as the pickup or drop-off location is in the greater metro area (about 60 miles), we should have a driver who can grab it. If you are concerned about our ability to handle your delivery, please contact us.

How do I make changes to my order?

We know things happen, and you might need to edit your submitted order. You can make modifications up until the moment your driver is assigned. After that, please reach out to our Support Team and they’ll be happy to help. 

 Who will load and unload the vehicles?

If Dispatch is picking up and delivering your items, the Dispatch Driver will load and unload your items unless noted in the order form.
