Dispatch is proud to present our new branding! To reflect the expansion and growth we’ve experienced since 2016, we’re not only introducing new colors, but a new tagline, logo, and website.
Co-founders Andrew Leone and Ryan Hanson created the company after realizing there was a gap in the distribution chain. Their passion for innovation and efficiency has carried over into every aspect of Dispatch’s operations, and is more evident than ever in our new look.
Although our look has evolved, customers and drivers can expect the same quality service and experience. There will be no change to our operations or leadership. The branding update is just that — a new and improved look for Dispatch.
“While the team has been hard at work on these changes for months, our new look truly encompasses the dedication and contributions of all members of the Dispatch community; our customers, drivers, and supporters,” said Director of Marketing Alexia Smith.
During the past few months of uncertainty in our world, Dispatch has remained committed to providing innovative solutions and support for our customers, drivers, and employees. As we continue to launch new markets and strive for a larger, meaningful impact within our communities, our updated brand identity is the next step in our commitment to Dispatch’s core values.
“Dispatch’s new branding honors the company’s history and accomplishments while making room for our future plans and goals,” said Smith. “The new look and website now matches our future ambitions, drive for success, and ability to Deliver More.”
Since 2016, Dispatch has expanded into more than 40 markets, completing over 500,000 customer orders, and employing thousands of independent contractors across the country. Listed in the top five of Forbes Best Startup Employers 2020, we are extremely proud and grateful of the community and values we continue to foster.
“We thank all who have been on this journey with us,” said Smith. “Expect some exciting innovations from us in the near future. There's more where this came from!”
