We believe your time is valuable and want to ensure you’re compensated fairly for it. That’s why Dispatch offers wait time compensation when you experience delays at pickup or drop-off locations. For smaller vehicles, you start accruing wait time after 10 minutes. For cargo vans, the wait time begins after 15 minutes, and for box trucks, it starts after 20 minutes.
Pick-ups and drop-offs aren’t always smooth, so we built in buffer time before the wait time accrual. This policy ensures you're paid for your time if there are any delays, helping to offset the frustration from unexpected hold-ups. Compensating for Customer Cancellations
Another common issue is customer cancellations. If you’ve accepted an order and are en route or have arrived at the pickup location only to find out the order has been canceled, it can be frustrating and time-consuming. That’s why we have a policy to ensure you’re compensated fairly in these situations.
