Customer Branded Notifications
Notifications are key to the delivery process. They let you and your customers know where the order is and when it’s delivered. Most customers expect these updates to come from the company they ordered their product from because that company is the one fulfilling the orders.
With Branded Notifications, you’ll have the option to add your company name and logo to email delivery updates. It’s free marketing!
Your branding will also be on the Delivery Status Page for your customers to view. This will allow for customer peace of mind because every update will look like it’s coming from you, while Dispatch handles the communication for you.
Reporting Enhancements
Historical reporting technology is used by almost every business to look back at data such as the number of orders delivered or average cost per order.
With the new enhancements, you’ll now be able to access any time frame of your data. You can view a breakdown of where you’re spending your money, frequent customer orders, and use it to forecast — especially for the peak season of your business. Additionally, you can also pull reports by service level and vehicle type.
With all this data at your fingertips, you’ll want to sort and filter it. You can do this by exporting the files and pulling them into your own records.
Printable Parcel Labels
Whether it’s still in your warehouse waiting to be delivered or in the delivery vehicle on its way to the drop-off location, one of the key components of delivery is knowing where a package is at all times. Putting the wrong order in the wrong vehicle or misplacing a package can be devastating. It can mean late deliveries or days searching for the package in order to get it to the customer. Or even worse — delivering the wrong package to the wrong person because of a labeling error.
Our new Printable Parcel Labels solves this problem. Once you have placed an order on Marketplace, you can then select a PDF file on the Order Detail Page and print it off to put on your package. Any details placed in the order will match the exact label to assist drivers when picking up and dropping off, so you and the driver know which package goes where.
The labels can also help you in other ways. Having them as PDFs will allow you to keep a record of what items were shipped out, all either digitally or as a paper record.
