How did you hear about Dispatch?
Patrick from your company contacted us. We knew him from a past vendor relationship.
What was your process for sending and receiving inventory prior to Dispatch?
The technicians would drive and pick up the filters and parts each day. We spent a lot of windshield hours picking up stuff. Dispatch has definitely driven our ability to provide good customer service, get jobs done, and get profit margins to a healthier standpoint.
Any special instance where Dispatch came through in a pinch or went above and beyond what you expected?
Many, as Patrick has personally picked up orders and made deliveries for us when we were stuck. We also have a relationship with Dispatch drivers to help ensure deliveries. It seems on a regular basis that Dispatch goes out of its way to make sure business runs smoothly for us.
